Chhattisgarh Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain on Tuesday held a meeting to host the G20's Fourth Permanent Finance Working Group meeting in Raipur in September 2023.
The state government has appointed nodal officers for ensuring various arrangements for the meeting.
Jain asked the nodal officers to work in coordination. He said training should be imparted to officers related to security and traffic systems.
The route travelled by delegates need to be beautified with plants and murals of cultural diversity.
He said discussions and seminars should be held in higher institutions including schools and colleges to spread awareness on the G20 theme.
Work on infrastructure, cleanliness, hotels, traffic, security, publicity and cultural programmes were also discussed.
