A youth was arrested with brown sugar (adulterated heroin) worth `1.50 lakh near Shyam Plaza Pandri on Saturday evening, police said. According to police the accused was identified as Neeraj Singh Rajpurohit (26) resident of Sheetla Mandir Pension Bada, Kotwali. “We had precise tip off about movement of adulterated heroin in the city. Accordingly the accused was traced and he was nabbed near Shyam Plaza,” said officer investigating the case. In all 54 grams of brown sugar wrapped in 150 pouches were found from his possession, police claimed and added he was peddling drugs for the past three years.
