A huge cache of duplicate branded engine oil was seized on Friday from Deopuri locality on the outskirts of the city.
Two accused brothers Mohit Gurbani and Nihit Gurbani were arrested in this connection, police said.
Acting on the tip-off, Tikrapara Police raided the factory of duplicate branded engine oil factory running from a room in Deopuri area.
During the raid, police found that burnt oil was being 'rebottled' after refining which was being packed in engine oil container of ‘Castrol’ brand, the police said.
The team seized nine cartons containing 12 bottles of engine oil along with 14 drums of brunt oil and kerosene oil from the spot.
