Janta Congress Chhattisgarh (J) is going to launch a three stage movement to unseat Chief Minister Raman Singh and his Cabinet colleagues from Saturday, former Chief Minister and President of Janta Congress Chhattisgarh (J) Ajit Jogi informed media persons on Thursday in a press conference held here.

“In the first stage we are going to march to the Chief Minister’s official residence  on August 12 and stage a gherao", Jogi said.

He said that the second stage of the movement will start after the Chief Minister completes his 5000 days in office on August 14.

“In the second stage, we are going to start a campaign in which postcards will be sent to the Prime Minister by the thousands of villagers demanding removal of Raman Singh led Government in the State, he said.

If no action is taken by the Prime Minister, we will go for the third stage with indefinite dharna at inJantar Mantar in the national capital, he added.

I am not hoping much from the Prime Minister and therefore I have also approached the Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by the Supreme Court. I had written a letter to SIT Chairman complaining about the corruption in the State, Jogi said.

I have faith in the judiciary and I am in no doubt of getting justice from the Supreme Court, he said.

Jogi also expressed his optimism that his party will form the government in the State in 2018 Assembly polls.
