Persons who prepared alleged 'sex CD' and those who circulated it; all must be sent to jail, Chhattisgarh In-charge of All India Congress Committee (AICC) P.l. Punia said on Wednesday.
He said that a high-level probe under supervision of a Supreme Court Judge must be ordered in the CD issue.
Commenting on suicide of automobile businessman Rinku Khanuja in the state capital, Punia said that the family members of the businessman have alleged torture by CBI and hence a high- level probe under supervision of Supreme Court Justice must be ordered.
Replying to a query about the party’s plans to project a CM face in the Assembly polls slated later this year, Punia said “we have at present our focus on winning the elections and when we will get majority an acceptable face would be selected by the party high command as CM”, he said.
Claiming that this time the party would be able to form the Government in Chhattisgarh, Punia said the hurdle which were in form of ‘deceits’ in the party have now left the party and there was no infighting at present.
