The number of people who have received the first dose of the Covid vaccine has crossed the 1 crore mark in Chhattisgarh.
According to a statement from the Health Department, till Tuesday 1,00,11,363 persons in state had been administered the first dose while those who have got the second dose stood at 24,02,361.
The first dose has been administered to 309,334 healthcare workers, 317,172 frontline workers, 52,10,068 persons in the age group of 45 years and plus and 41,74,789 persons in the 18-44 age group.
Both the doses have been given to 245,714 healthcare workers, 229,897 frontline workers, 17,48,292 in the age group 45 years and plus and 178,458 persons in the 18-44 age group, the statement added.
