The Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) has commenced allotment of land for development of sales showroom, service and repair centre at Sector 13 of new capital city for two wheeler automobile industry.
NRDA is also creating a ' servicing hub' that provides skilled workforce for manufacturing sector and equipped workforce for Information Technology and Bio Technology Sector, officials informed.
All areas in Naya Raipur city have been designated as one of the nine land use zones, which are residential, commercial- retail, commercial- wholesale, industrial, special industry, public and semi public, recreational, transportation, and composite use zone.
The Composite Use Zone includes residential, commercial, and industrial uses. The city level physical infrastructure facilities are located outside the city and the area is reserved under utility zone in peripheral area.
