The Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) will soon spread awareness about jaundice prevention in the city through holding of street plays. The RMC would get a series of street plays held at Danganiya, Changorabhata, Gole Chowk and Rohnipuram area, RMC officials informed here on Wednesday.
The Culture Department In-charge of RMC and Co-ordinator of Jaundice Eradication Drive, Dr Preetam Mishra informed that on the directives of RMC Commissioner Avnish Kumar Sharan a series of street plays focusing on eradication of Jaundice would be staged in different places under RMC’s limits.The participants of street plays would try to educate local populace about easy and practical ways for prevention, causes, symptoms and cure for jaundice, he said.
