Chhattisgarh residents stranded in other states due to the coronavirus-induced lockdown can now apply for ePass to visit the state.
Earlier, this facility was available only to residents within the state.
The ePass would allow applicants to undertake inter-state travel in emergencies like medical treatment and death in a family. The applicants must submit personal and travel details including vehicle number and required documents.
The designated authority shall accept or reject the request in line with the guidelines issued by the central and state governments.
The form can be downloaded through Google Playstore or can be filed through website. It can also be downloaded on Android via the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.allsoft.corona.
Inter-state e-Pass can also be sought on website https://epass.cgcovid19.in.
