The State Government has not released any funds so far for erection of towers under Sanchar Kranti Yojana, Chief Minister Raman Singh informed Chhattisgarh Assembly. In a written reply to member Amit Jogi, the Chief Minister informed that a total of 55.6 lakh smart phones are to be distributed under the scheme.
