For spreading the message on importance of Yoga and creating a world record, the National Cadets Corps (NCC), is preparing to hold the largest ever demonstration of Yoga by organisation in uniform on a single day, informed Brigadier IJS Chauhan on Wednesday.
Notably International Yoga Day will be observed on June 21. Over 17000 cadets will perform Yoga at 128 locations across Chhattisgarh on June 21, Brigadier Chauhan said.Speaking about the importance of Yoga, Brigadier Chauhan said mental stress and several aliments could be checked with the help of Yoga. Besides, regular exercises, practicing Yoga will certainly turn out to be very effective for cadets.
