State Government’s Directorate of Horticulture, in association with International Competent Centre for Organic Agriculture, will organise a two-day national conference cum exhibition on ‘organic farming’ on May 26 and 27 at Indira Gandhi Agriculture University Raipur campus.
Officials of Directorate of Horticulture informed that a discussion between experts and practicing farmers of organic farming will be held, based on the conclusions of which, a policy for promotion of organic farming in state would be chalked out.
In the conference, information regarding outcome of organic farming and market scenario of the same will also be given.
