Staff Reporter

Rajnandgaon Lok Sabha member Santosh Pandey on Tuesday raised in parliament the issue of “unconstitutional appointments” being carried out by Congress-led Chhattisgarh government.

He said after the Congress party came to power in Chhattisgarh, the developmental works have come to a standstill. The selfish motive and politics of vengeance have stalled  development.

Santosh Paney further said constitutional values were being violated to benefit the people close to Congress government thus crushing all the ingrained values and norms that establish the    institutions.

On July 29, 2019 the Cooperative Election Commissioner Ganesh Shankar Mishra, a retired IAS was removed from the post unconstitutionally by amending the rules, said the MP.

He sought a probe into all the appointments made by the state government.
