The members of as many as 340 forest committees underwent free of cost treatment during a medical camp conducted here under the joint aegis of district administration and Forest Department.
The camp was conducted in the presence of MP Dinesh Kashyap. He asked the Committee members to conduct door-to-door campaign and appeal to the people to maintain cleanliness in and around their houses
Kashyap also expressed gratitude to NMDC, Tata Steel and Essar officials for their extended support in the camp. Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Hemant Pandey said forest department will try its utmost to provide every facility to the Samiti members.
