Maoist insurgents hanged a villager to death in Jan Adalat while mercilessly beaten up two others till half dead suspecting them of being police informer, police said. According to police sources, around 50 to 60 insurgents wearing naxal dress attacked village Edkapalli Murkinar under Bedre Thana area of Bijapur district Wednesday afternoon and after calling out three villagers Gudi Murma, and two others out of their houses the ultras took them at gun point to outside village where they had already organised a Jan Adalat.
In the Jan Adalat, the rebels first beat the three mercilessly till half dead accusing them of being police informer. They then hanged Guddi Murma to death on the spot while threw the two other villagers outside village considering them half dead. The two have been admitted at district hospital.
