A court on Friday sentenced a 25-year-old man to life term for killing his friend in a village in Raipur district in 2020.
Special Public Prosecutor Nilesh Thakur told The Pioneer that Special Judge (Atrocities) Hirendra Singh Tekam found Pushkar Singh Rajput of Beldar-Seoni village in Raipur district guilty.
On December 25, 2020, Rajput stabbed his friend Israil Qureshi to death in the same village over a petty fight.
