Chief Minister Raman Singh on Thursday said he will have detailed discussions regarding the drinking water facilities, health, education, developmental works and issuance of caste and birth certificates with the concerned citizens during his almost month-long tours under lok Suraj Mission.
“lok Suraj Mission will incorporate the suggestions of the villagers to make it more meaningful and useful at the ground level”, he said.
The Mission will expedite the implementation of various developmental programmes and make the district administration more accountable and active. The true picture will emerge after consultations with the ground workers, political leaders and people's representatives, Singh said while talking to reporters before leaving for Bastar on Thursday. It may be mentioned here that lok Suraj campaign was launched on April 27 and will end on May 24.
