The Raipur administration on Tuesday ordered the opening of skill training centers, coaching centers and libraries but made it clear that they will function initially with 50 percent strength.
These were closed on March 13, 2020 in view of the Covid-19 pandemic.
District Collector S. Bharathi Dasan said the orders will be effective immediately.
Only 50 percent of the total strength of the institution will be permitted to function. Entry and exits will be separate and on touch free mode, the order said.
Respiratory etiquettes will be strictly adhered to. The directors and Principals will have to ensure that used items are properly disposed.
Drinking water taps, hand washing places, washrooms, tables, chairs and benches which cannot be on touch free mode will have to be regularly cleaned by a solution of 1 percent hypochlorite or 70 percent alcohol-based sanitizer, it said.
No canteen will function in these institutions. CCTV cameras will be fitted for quick contact tracing of Covid patients if needed.
There will be at least six feet gap between two chairs. Outsiders will not be permitted in the campus.
