A Public Awareness Rally on leprosy was taken out by the District Health Department officials of Gariaband district during the 68th death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi here.
The rally was led by Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr AK Ratre and District Programme Officer Dr Bhumika Verma.
District leprosy Officer Dr MS Thakur along with other district officials and Trainees of Shivam College of Nursing were also present here.
The rally was taken out from the District Hospital to the District Collectorate. A two-minute silence was then observed by the officials and Collector.
