The Atal Nagar Development Authority has started allocating land for development of Sales Showroom and Repair Centre for two-wheeler Automobile Industry at Sector 13 of the new capital city.
The Authority is also creating a ' servicing hub' that provides skilled workforce for manufacturing sector and equipped workforce for Information Technology and Bio Technology Sector, officials informed.
All areas in the city have been designated as one of the nine land use zones, which are residential, commercial- retail, commercial — wholesale, industrial, special industry, public and semi public, recreational, transportation, and composite use zone.
The Composite Use Zone includes residential, commercial, and industrial uses. The city level physical infrastructure facilities are located outside the city and the area is reserved under utility zone in peripheral area.
