Staff Reporter

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has urged people to respectfully take down the national flag hoisted in their homes, shops, institutions and keep it safely folded until it is used again.

On the 75th anniversary, Chhattisgarh observed an Independence Week from August 11 to 17 when people enthusiastically hoisted the flag in their places.

Baghel congratulated the people for making the            campaign a huge success.

“As the ‘Hamar Tiranga’ campaign is over, everyone to take off the national flag with respect, wrap it up and keep it safely so that it can be unfurled again at the              appropriate occasion. The flags which get torn should be disposed respectfully,” he said.
