Justice Thottathil Bhaskaran Nair Radhakrishnan took oath as the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court at a brief ceremony held at the Raj Bhawan here on Saturday.
On the occasion, Governor Balramji Das Tondon administered the oath of and secrecy to Justice Radhakr-ishnan. Chhattisgarh High Court is based at Bilaspurcity, some 100 km away from Raipur.
The function was attended by Chief Minister Raman Singh, Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Gaurishankar Agrawal, several Cabinet Ministers of Raman Singh Government and members of the judiciary and legal fraternity.
