The Chhattisgarh Government on Monday assigned additional charge of Principal Secretary (Home) to 1989 batch IAS officer Amitabh Jain.
Jain is currently Principal Secretary, Finance and Planning Department as well as Commercial Tax ( excluding Excise and Registration), informed an official press release.
The additional charge has been given to Jain as the incumbent Principal Secretary, Home, BVR Subramaniam will be proceeding on three month’s leave.
