ITM University, Raipur has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MGM Eye Institute keeping in mind the professional exposure and grooming of budding Optometrists at the University.
The objective of the MoU is to impart a good theoretical as well as practical exposure to the students, so that they learn and practice the same in a clinical setting, according to a University press release issued here on Monday.
The programme is aimed to help students understand and manage clinical cases during the course of theory.
On signing the MoU, T. Dayakara Rao, Vice Chancellor, ITM University Raipur said, “At ITM the objective of a course is to provide a student wholesome development. Through the Optometry course the clinical exposure offered by MGM institute will help students to attain best practice experience while studying. The scope of the course is not just exceptional in India but abroad too.
Dr Deepshikha Agrawal, Director, MGM Eye Institute, Raipur said,“The MGM Institute is glad to be associated with the ITM University.”
