Chhattisgarh Police on Sunday busted an IPL betting racket operating at two places in Bilaspur city and arrested one person.
Bilaspur Senior Superintendent of Parul Mathur identified him as Ajay Khatik (34) of Tikrapara area.
Police seized a mobile phone, an LED TV, Rs 20,000 in cash and betting records detailing transactions of around Rs 5 lakhs from him, she said.
Khaik had bet on an IPL match between Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans on Saturday night at Khatik Muhalla in Tikrapara area.
