It is the moral responsibility of campus coordinators along with teachers to improve the quality of education. The coordinator should not only refresh his knowledge but also give teaching tips to the teachers during inspection of schools. This was directed by Collector Rajesh Sukumar Toppo in the meeting of Education Department officials at Baloda Bazaar Development Block headquarters.
Toppo directed that the circle coordinators should conduct inspection of schools at least once a month. They should take steps for all round development of children. They will have to submit the inspection report to the Block Resource Person.He said that the teachers should provide results according to the expenses borne by the Government. Proper attention should be given on quality of food served in Mid-day-meal. The teachers appointed under rationalisation should mark their presence positively by August 25.
Toppo further directed that teachers should teach according to the time-table and the academic calendar prepared to bring uniformity in education should be strictly followed by the schools.He said that the course should be completed positively by the month of February.The Collector asked the officials to hold meetings with campus coordinators at least twice a month and take their feedback on academic activities as well as facilities available of toilets and sanitation in schools.
He released the academic calendar on the occasion. SDO (Revenue) SN Motwani, Tehsildar Ajay Uraon and officers of Education Department of Baloda Bazar Development Block were present in the meeting.
