The six-day long Faculty Development Programme (FDP) under Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP-II) successfully concludes at Indian Institute of Management of Raipur on Saturday.
The programme covered various themes, namely Achieving Academic Excellence, ‘Vision, Mission and Strategic Reconciliation of the Academic Institutes’, Participant Centered learning, Changing Roles of Faculty in Higher Education, Assessing Self Strength and weakness, Teaching learning Process, Taking Feedback and evaluation assessment techniques.
It also had programmes on Publishing in top class journals, Effective Communication, Preparing for accreditation and Washington accord, ‘Managing People and other Resources’, legal Issues in Academic Environment, ‘Industry Networking and Career Options for Students’, ‘Counselling and Mentoring of Students’, ‘Research Proposal & Managing Research Grants’, and Time Management, Assessing Self Strength and Weakness; Managing Academic Resources; Pedagogy; legal Aspects in Academic Environment.
