Ten youths from each Panchayat should be identified and trained for various trades so that they get job or they can start their own business, stated Collector Ritu Sain during inauguration of day-long workshop on ‘Skill Gap Aalysis and Post Training’ here. The workshop was organised by District Skill Development Authority, Surguja.
The workshop was organised to identify the job opportunities in various trades.
Sain said that many times it has been observed that the candidates after availing training find the trade not of their interest. It spoils the time of candidate and also State government’s effort and money spent on training the candidate.
