The Health Directorate will be organising a five-day health check-up camp for the officers and employees of the Mantralaya from June 2 here. Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand will inaugurate the camp at Mahanadi Bhawan at 10.30 am. Apart from health check-ups, specialists will deliver lectures on health awareness from 5 to 6 pm, in the five-day camp.
General Administration Department (GAD) has completed all preparations for the holding of the health camp. Separate dates have been assigned for the officers and employees of different departments.
As per the programme, health examination of officers and employees of Woman and Child Development, Social Welfare, Flood Control, Relief and Rehabilitation, Religious Trust and Endowment and labour department would be held on June 2, from 10 am to 1 pm.
From 1.30 pm to 5 pm, health examination of Gramodyog, Commerce and Industry, Public Undertakings, GAD, Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development, Public Relations, Food and Civil Supplies, Consumer Protection, Housing and Environment, Urban Administration and Development, Veterinary and Fisheries and Agriculture department staff will be conducted.
Similarly, on June 3, health examination of officers and employees of Medical Education, Health and Family Welfare, School Education, Higher Education, National Service Scheme, Water Resources-Technical and Ayacut and Water Resources departments will be done from 10 am to 1 pm and from 1.30 pm to 5 pm the health of Mining, Forest, PWD Technical, PWD, PHED, Sports and Youth Welfare, Cooperatives, Technical Education and Manpower Planning department officers and employees will be done.
On June 4, from 10 am to 1.30 pm, health examination of officers and employees of Revenue and Disaster Management, law, Finance, Planning, Economic and Statistics, NIC, Parliamentary Affairs and Tourism and Culture departments and from 1.30 pm to 5 pm, Finance, Planning, Economics and Statistics, Commercial Tax, GAD and Public Grievances Redressal department will be conducted.
On June 5, from 10 am to 1.30 pm, health examination of officers and employees of GAD, Home, Jail, Transport and from 1.30 pm to 5 pm GAD, Passport, Energy, Information and Bio-Technology, Aviation, 20-Point Implementation, State Protocol, GAD, CS office, ACS office, personal staff of ministers and chief minister’s secretariat will be conducted.
On June 6, from 10 am to 5 pm, specialist doctors will examine health of people affected from serious diseases and will give them treatment-related guidance. Stalls will be installed at VIP Gate, ATM Gate and Gate number 4 to inform officers and employees about the health examination camp.
