Newly elected BJP MlAs on Monday reached the party office to elect their legislature party leader. According to them, people of the State have given an opportunity to the BJP to make hat-trick, because of the work and public welfare schemes of the Government. They claimed that they would make efforts to fulfil the expectations of the people.
Brijmohan: Win six-time with increased number of votes
Elected from Raipur South constituency, Cabinet Minister and MlA Brijmohan Agrawal said he was lucky that he won last six elections with increased number of votes. He emerged victorious in this election with about 35,000 votes. He said, people accepted the work the BJP Government has done during the last 10 years. People of the State like public welfare schemes, he added.
Munat: Hat-trick due to public-oriented schemes
Newly elected MlA from Raipur West and former Minister Rajesh Munat said that people trusted in him. For that, he thanked people of the area and party workers. He said that BJP made hat-trick because of the public-oriented schemes of the Government.
Sundarani: Will fulfil expectations of people
Elected from Raipur North constituency, MlA Shrichand Sundarani said that political equation works behind victory and defeat. Party workers and people reposed trust in him. He will fulfil the expectations of people. He said that he would solve all the problems of the people of the area on priority.
Paikra: Was confident of winning election
Elected from Pratappur Assembly constituency, MlA and State president of BJP Ramsevak Paikra said that he had lost the last Assembly election. This time he was confident of winning the election. He thanked people of the area, party office-bearers and workers for the victory.
Chandrakar: Got blessings of the people
Won from Kurud Assembly seat, MlA Ajay Chandrakar said that he had lost the last election, because of any definite mistake of him. This time he got the blessings of the people of the area. On the question of giving him the post of assembly speaker of minister, he said that the national office-bearers of the party or the legislature party would decide it.
Pandey: Results of public welfare schemes
Premprakash Pandey, MlA from Bhilai Nagar Assembly constituency, said that people of the area reposed faith on him. He would fulfil the expectations of people. He said, it was the result of the public welfare schemes launched by the BJP government during the last 10 years for the people of the state that BJP is going to form government for the third time.
Chandel: Will make all-round development
MlA from Bemetara seat Awadhesh Singh Chandel said that he was elected because of the image of chief minister Dr Raman Singh and better work done by the state government, He said that he would make all-round development of his constituency.
Gaurishankar: People placed headgear of victory
MlA from Kasadol assembly constituency Gaurishankar Agrawal said that he has been active in the area since last five years. He was with the people in their well-being and sorrow. In the election people placed the headgear of victory on him and he would respect this honour of the people.
Khilavan: Fulfilled responsibility given by party
Elected from Sakti assembly constituency, Dr Khilavan Sahu said that he is a small worker of the party.
Always he had carried out whatever responsibility the party had given him.
Because of that the party reposed faith on him and gave ticket and the people made him victorious by believing in
him. He expressed gratitude towards the party workers and the people of the area for the victory.
