Agriculture Minister Brijmohan Agrawal welcomed and congratulated the senior members of the Muslim community on their return from Haj on Wednesday.
He also took blessings from them and received dates and Ab-e-Jamjam offered to him by the pilgrims.Agrawal said that Haj pilgrim is the dream of every Muslim and they strive to fulfill the dream. Those who have completed Haj pilgrimage are certainly lucky.
He further said that all religions have the belief that no pilgrimage is possible without God’s will. There are several people belonging to well to do families but are not being able to go for Haj or Char Dham yatra. Agrawal met Dr HR Saeed and his wife Karjan Nisha and others on their return from Haj.
Dr Saeed is father of Chhattisgarhi film actor Bobby Khan. He said that the government intends to fulfill the desire of maximum people to go to Haj. The government has been trying to arrange the Haj pilgrimage in a better way.Santosh Jain, Kshamanidhi Mishra, Dileep Nampallivar, Mohan Sundrani, Tapesh Jain, Salam Bhai, Irfan Khan and others were present on the occasion.
