The district administration officials have geared up to make the district a leprosy-free region. Panchayat President Dr Schweta Sharma held a General Body Meeting regarding the matter on Tuesday wherein the proposal for the plan was sanctioned.
Moreover, the officers were instructed to bring back the teachers deployed outside the State. It was decided to begin biometric attendance for the District Hospital and Community Hospital employees in the area.
