Amid a spike in Corona cases in Chhattisgarh, the Raipur Collector on Friday ordered the acquisition of five buildings as isolation and Covid care centers in the capital.
Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Smriti Health Sciences and AYUSH University Building at Nava Raipur, State Institute of Health Hotel Management at Sector 40 in Nava Raipur, Working Women Hostel on VIP Road in Fudhar, Prayas Girls Hostel in Gudhiyari and Prayas Boys Hostel in Saddu have been acquired, an order said.
On Thursday, Raipur witnessed 1,327 Coronavirus positive cases while nine people died.
