Farmers in Chhattisgarh can get their problems, including those related to paddy procurement, resolved through Dial 112 service in line with a directive given by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel.
This service will be provided to the farmers during the paddy procurement season. Presently, emergency services are provided under Dial 112. The Collectors and SPs have been directed to ensure immediate redressal of the complaints thus received from farmers.
The farmers can get all the information about registration, entry of acreage, lack of acreage, any error in Girdawari, problems in selling paddy and need for financial assistance by dialing 112, an official communication said on Tuesday.
Every week, the Chief Secretary will review the complaints and the action taken to redress them.
