Raipur District Collector Thakur Ram Singh has directed officials to ensure Aadhaar registration of all children between the age of 0 to 5 years in the Anganwadi centres of the district. In a meeting held here, Singh said that a target of Aadhaar registration of 1.75 lakh children had been set from 1825 Anganwadi centres of the district.
