Delhi Public School, Raipur organised ‘Master Chef’ encompassing German, Italian, British and Indian cuisines as a measure to acquaint its students with all kinds of dishes.
The food festival, witnessed large number of students dressed in Chef’s uniform serving their continentals in lovely plates and bowls. Garnered to impress parents, teachers and students as their ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ students immaculately served and narrated the recipes that they had chosen to try out themselves.
Classes VI, VII and VIII participated in this International School Award Programme on 7th and 8th July showcasing their profoundness for assimilating information on various styles and strategies of cooking.
The students learnt to assess nutritional value in diet, got aware of food safety measures and inculcated an appreciation of diverse food preparation in India, UK, Italy and Germany. Onkar Singh, General Manager of Hyatt Regency was the presiding guest of honour.
