Collector Niranjan Das said that the Digital locker is for the Government staff as well as general public to keep their important documents including degree certificates, PAN card, driving license etc, in the digital form.
He directed officials to make necessary arrangements to watch the live telecast of inaugural ceremony of Digital India Programme from 4 pm to 5:30 pm in New Delhi.
The Collector also stated that lok Sewa Kendras would also be inaugurated in Deobhog and Mainpur on July 2 and 3.
The lok Sewa Kendra would also be inaugurated in Gariaband Collectorate, Tehsil officer, Rajim Tehsil office, Fingeshwar Sub-tehsil office and Chura Tehsil officer on July 3, Das said.
MP Chandulal Sahu and MlA Santosh Upadhyay would be the chief guest for the occasion while Bindranawagarh MlA Gowardhan Singh Manjhi and District Panchayat President Dr Schweta Sharma would be the special invitee guests on the occasion.
