Chhattisgarh Government posted Ratanlal Dangi as the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) , Kanker Range on Monday.
Dangi, a 2003-batch IPS officer and serving as DIG, Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF), has been made DIG for Kanker Range, official press release said.
All districts falling under Kanker Range will be under the jurisdiction of DIG Kanker Range Dangi whereas the districts falling under Bastar Range will be under the jurisdiction of a 2003-batch IPS officer and DIG Dantewada Range Sundarraj P. , the press release further informed.
