To maintain uninterrupted power supply besides ensuring prompt disposal of complaints on the occasion of Diwali, the Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company limited (CSPDCl) has established temporary ‘Complaint Redressal Centres’ across the city. These centers will remain operative from October 21-23.
Deputy General Manager (Public Relations) Vijay Mishra informed that the temporary complaint centres will remain open from 4pm to till midnight for convenience of the people.
Mishra said that a Central Call Centre is also functioning for the consumers who can call on the number 1912 to register their complaint. The service on this number is available in Hindi, English and Chhattisgarhi language.
Mishra further said that as many as 94 complaint centres are functioning in City Circle -1. Consumers can approach the nearest Complaint Centre for problems related to electricity supply.
To prevent mishaps during Diwali, Mishra advised the people not to fuse fire crackers near power transmission lines, transformers and other electrical systems. In case of any untoward incident or mishap it should be immediately informed to nearest electricity office.
Mishra said that the temporary complaint centers under City Circle -1 will be under City Division East, Division West, Division South and Central Division.
