Ahead of the declaration of election schedules, Congress party is not taking any chances to lag behind in preparations for the Assembly polls scheduled later this year. In this series, the party is gearing up all its frontal organisations and party Cells.
While a massive minority cell convention was organised on Sunday, the party is going to organise three important meetings back to back from October 1 to 3. According to a release of the party, a State level Mahila Congress workers meet will be held at Korba from 1 pm on October 1. For the Mahila Congress workers meet, Korba MlA Jaisingh Agrawal has been appointed coordinator where as CGPCC Secretary Usha Tiwari and Alka Singh have been made In-charge of the meeting.
likewise, on October 2, the party is going to organise a State level Kisan sammelan at Janjgir whic will be held from 1 pm on Wednesday. President of Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Panchayati Raj Cell Dinesh Sharma has been made in-charge of the Kisan sammelan. On October 3, the party will organise a State level Adiwasi and Kisan Sammelan at Ambikapur. MlA and vice president of CGPCC T S Singhdeo has been made in-charge of the programme.
The Sammelan will commence from 1 pm and will be attended by senior party leaders.
