With an alliance for seats by the Congress with Kashmir-based parties, BJP national Vice President Dr Raman Singh on Sunday attacked the party for aligning with 'Gupkar Gang’ which wants Articles 370 and 35A restored.
These party leaders have publicly spoken of taking support from China, America and Pakistan. The Congress leaders owe an explanation for aligning with the People’s Alliance having "anti-national" parties and leaders, he said.
Asked why the BJP formed a government with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Jammu and Kashmir, he said it was on terms and conditions and not against the country.
But the Congress has aligned when the People’s Alliance leaders including Congress leaders are speaking of taking assistance from foreign countries, which is "totally anti-national", he said.
