An election meeting in support of Congress candidate from Durg City Assembly Constituency Arun Vora has been convened at the old bus stand on Thursday, in which film actor and MP Raj Babbar and All India Youth Congress president Rajiv Satav will address the gathering.
After the meeting, Raj Babbar and Rajiv Satav will lead a road show in support of Arun Vora from old bus stand to Shaheed Chowk, via Indira Market, Farista Complex and Agrasen Chowk.
Congress candidate Arun Vora said that it has been proven beyond doubts that the BJP Government was completely the Government of scams. The State Congress president Dr Charandas Mahant has released a list of bungling of more than `30,000 crore done by the Government during the last ten years. Most of the bungling were done in the departments, the in-charge of which is the Chief Minister himself. Such a Government has no right to remain in power, even for a single day, he said.
