Collector Rajesh Sukumar Toppo on Tuesday warned officials of different departments to come with full information when they attend a review meeting.
Expressing his displeasure over some officials for not replying satisfactorily, Toppo directed the officials present at the meeting to come with all the necessary information.
The Collector briefed the officials on the directives issued by Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand during video conferencing.
On the directives of Chief Minister Raman Singh that the processing of applications at jandarshan website are not being done properly, the Collector directed the departmental heads and officials of revenue, Janpad Panchayat to examine the complaints received through the websites and dispose them at the earliest.
He also directed the concerned officials to send detailed information of 40,000 beneficiaries of old age pension scheme for online entry.
The intent of the administration is that people should not face any problem while seeking caste certificates, Toppo said. He directed the concerned revenue inspectors to dispose such cases on priority basis.
The other senior officials who were present in the meeting include Additional Superintendent of Police Harish Rathore, Joint Collector Santosh Kumar Dewangan and Sub Divisional Officer SN Motwani.
