Chief Minister Raman Singh will convene meetings of Chhattisgarh State Rural and Other Backward Areas Development Authority and Scheduled Caste Development Authority on Wednesday (July 9) in the Mantralaya here.
Both the meetings will be held in conference hall number S-0-12 of Mantralaya.The meeting of Chhattisgarh State and Other Backward Areas Development Authority will begin at 12 pm and that of Scheduled Caste Development Authority will begin at 3 pm. In both the meetings, follow up reports of previous meetings will be reviewed and sanctions under budget provisions of current financial year 2014-15 will be done.
The Chief Minister will review the progress of construction works underway in various districts of the State, with the funds sanctioned to both the authorities. In the meeting of Scheduled Caste Development Authority, Singh will seek information from officials concerned regarding the financial and physical progress of works approved in last seven years i.e. between financial year 2007-08 and financial year 2013-14.
The Authority Cell of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat has sent the task list to members of both the authorities and has requested the members to participate in the meeting. Concerned officials have also been sent notice for ensuring their presence in the meeting.
