Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Thursday inspected preparations for the 23rd Chhattisgarh foundation day and tribal dance festival to be held here from November 1 to 3.
An official communiqué said preparations at the Science College ground were proceeding on a war footing.
Baghel had a look at the stalls erected to display various welfare schemes of the government.
