Chief Minister Raman Singh has approved financial assistance of Rs one lakh each for the next of kin of the 13 victims who died in a mishap involving a bus on National Highway number 53 between Jhalap and Patewa villages in Mahasamund district on November 25.
The financial assistance would be provided to the victims through the Chief Minister Assistance Corpus, according to an official press release issued here on Friday.
A sum of Rs 10,000 each had been approved for every person injured in the incident.
