The five-day monsoon session of the Chhattisgarh Assembly will start on July 26 at 11.00 am. The Session will conclude on July 30.
Day one of the session will commence with obituary reference of Gulab Singh, ex-member of the Assembly, Somprakash Giri and Balaram Verma, former members of the undivided Madhya Pradesh Assembly, Karuna Shukla, a former MP, Badridhar Diwan, a former Deputy Speaker, Dr Shakrajeet Nayak, a former Minister of State in Chhattisgarh, and Ramadhar Kashyap, a former Rajya Sabha member.
On July 27, the first supplementary appropriation bill will be tabled. The discussion on it is scheduled on July 28, an official communication said.
