The State Convener of Bharatiya Janata Party legal Assistance Committee Naresh Chandra Gupta for Assemply polls on Wednesday alleged that the Chhattisgarh Swabhiman Manch office bearers have violated the Model Code of Conduct by illegally running their Central office in the bungalow numbers 21 and 32 in Bhilai Nagar of Durg district which was allotted to MP Tarachand Sahu during his tenure.
In a letter addressed to Chief Election Commissioner, Deputy Election Commissioner and Chief Electoral Officer in Chhattisgarh, Gupta said that after the demise of MP Tarachand Sahu, the bungalows were not allotted to anybody and the Chhattisgarh Swabhiman Manch had been illegally running its Central office in the bungalow.
