The Chhattisgarh Cabinet sub-committee for paddy procurement will meet here on August 10.
Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Amarjeet Bhagat will chair the meeting.
The meeting will review and finalize the policy for paddy procurement for Kharif marketing year 2021-22 and on custom milling. The discussion on the primary preparations for the paddy procurement at minimum support price will also be held.
The members include Agriculture Minister Ravindra Choubey, Forest and Transport Minister Mohammed Akbar, Cooperative and School Education Minister Dr Premsai Singh Tekam and Higher Education Minister Umesh Patel.
