Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee President Mohan Markam on Monday termed the union budget as disappointing and said it favours select capitalists.
It targets the five states going for assembly elections. It is nothing but an electoral budget, he said.
Markam said the budget has ignored the dynamic economy of Chhattisgarh and it is silent on the benefits to be extended as announced in the name of the package of Rs 20,000 crores. Everything is superficial.
